We performed heating maintenance on 2 gas systems. Master bedroom - 2024 Main living - 2022 The main living unit is none communicating and the master unit is communicating. We checked amps, capacitors, cleanliness, electrical, and safeties. We noticed that the units have dust build up present in the duct work. This is likely due to the renovations that the customer has had done. The main living unit has a reasonable amount of dust build up on the wheel. This causes the motor to work harder to perform its normal duties. Also, we noticed that the surge protector on the furnace for the main living has went out. We provided pricing to replace the surge under parts warranty and cleaning of the system. The cleaning option includes a complementary replacement of the warranty surge protector.
