Dryer vent cleaning special for October Fire/Safety Prevention month Preformed dryer vent cleaning. Presented client with before and after pictures. Preformed heating maintenance on a single gas system, I tested all safeties and electrical components on the furnace. All electrical components and safeties tested within manufacturer specifications. Client did not have a filter at the time of inspection. Temperature being supplied to the home was 127 and returned to the unit was 80 degrees. I did notice the ducts and plenum boxes have dust build up. Presented client with estimates to have the ducts and plenum boxes cleaned. Client declined until spring maintenance. Unit was set back to cooling upon departure.
