Arrived on site, customer stated water was not draining properly from the unit on the far right when standing at the office. Mr. Jonathan believed that something was broken inside not allowing the water to drain properly. Upon initial inspection, I found the threading for the drain pan were snapped off and upon further inspection I found no other issues with the drain line or drain pan. I then provided an estimate for the repair and advised Mr. Jonathan that we could do the repair today. I received the drain pan and installed it without issue. I then took some videos and pictures of me leak testing the pan and drain line and found no further issues. Unit in good working order upon departure.
