Upon arrival, I found the thermostat satisfied. The office lady showed us the thermostat for the unit that was having the issue. We turned the temperature down 10 degrees to run diagnostic. We verified the other unit was satisfied and not on. We proceeded to the roof and located the operation system. We found that when the unit starts up, the condenser fan motor hardly rotates even at full speed. This is causing the u it to build up high pressure due to the lack of air flow. We ohmed the motor out as well. The readings were way off of what it should be. We priced the replacement to the customer and he declined repairs at this time. I emailed the invoice.
