Scope of Work – Upstairs System Upgrade The existing upstairs HVAC system is currently a 3-ton unit. This project will involve upgrading the upstairs system to a 5-ton TRANE system to increase cooling capacity. System Components: • Outdoor Condenser: 5-ton rated TRANE condenser. • Evaporator Coil: Upgraded to meet full 5-ton capacity. • Gas Furnace: Upgraded to an 80,000 BTU TRANE gas furnace. Ductwork: • If any additional ductwork modifications are required to meet 5-ton airflow requirements, this will be the customer’s responsibility. • This scope covers only the system change-out to achieve the 5-ton capacity for the upstairs unit. Warranty Coverage: • 10-Year Manufacturer Mechanical Warranty – Provided through TRANE. • 2-Year Labor Warranty – Provided through JB Associates.
