Arrived on site, found alerts on thermostat for low pressure lock out. Reset power on system and it came on. Measured refrigerant pressures and found there to be a restriction on the low side. Upon further inspection, we found that some of the TXV capillaries are touching the liquid line. Upon removing the sensing bulb and warming it up pressures returned to normal. We removed the capillaries from the liquid line and adjusted the bulb position to 2 o’clock from 3 o’clock. Pressures started to look better after this, but still indicating a restriction in the system. Informed homeowner that we will need to replace this txv under parts and labor warranty.
