Heating preventative maintenance on two gas systems from 2019 using air filters 20*25*1 (main unit) and 16*25*1 (master bedroom). During our inspection we checked temperatures, checked electrical connections and components, measured the attic insulation, changed air filters with ones customer provided, performed a gas leak search on both units, cleaned safety sensors, and inspected the systems for dirt buildup. Overall the systems are heating properly and safe. We did notice the systems don’t have surge protection and informed the customer but he isn’t interested at this time. Customer is on a monthly payment vip agreement.
