Dryer Vent Cleaning, preformed work and presented before and after pictures of results. I preformed a 2 system heat maintenance on 2023 communicating Trane gas furnaces. I tested all electrical and safety components on each system. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I changed both filters at the time of inspection. 20x25x4 and 16x25x4. Temperature being supplied downstairs was at 109 degrees and 73 return. Upstairs was 106 and 68. I proceeded outside to visually inspect the outside units. While visually inspecting I noticed each system did not have any surge protection on the system. Surge protection cause be beneficial to add just in case of a lightning strike and/or surges in power. I provided estimates to have the surge protection installed. Units were heating upon departure.
