Preformed 4 system heating maintenance on 3-2016 gas furnace and 1-2025 gas furnace. Tested all electrical and safeties components on each system. All tested within manufacturer specifications. We did notice each filter does need to be changed, client did not have filters for us ri changed out. 20x25x4. We noticed there were about 1inch gaps at the top of the filter and filter box. We provided estimates to add Aprilaire conversion racks and filters for better filtration. We also noticed on the downstairs unit the ducts, plenum boxes and blower wheel were extremely dusty. We provided estimates to have all cleanings addressed.
