Arrived on site for duct replacement estimate. Began inspection at the crawl space. I initially noticed a large amount of water on the rear right side of house near some water pipe, however I did notice see any active dripping. When I brought his up to the homeowner he stated he knew about the issue and it was not a water leak. I took photos of many sagging and restricted ducts and 3 completely severed ducts. It was found that there are no saddles hanging the duct and there are many kinks and messy duct runs. I also noticed that the flue pipe has a run outside from the unit, however there is a t that is not properly sealed and is letting exhaust gasses out under the house. Discussed with homeowners the immediate safety concern with the flue pipe, the severed ducts, and improperly hung ducts. Homeowner informed us that it did not seem like they were receiving air in their front rooms. Proceeding to the attic I found 2 completely crushed ducts and 1 kink only allowing at best 50 percent
