Dryer Vent Cleaning, presented client with before and after pictures of work done. Preformed single system heating maintenance on a 2016 carrier furnace. I tested all safeties and electrical components. All electrical and safeties were preforming within manufacturer specifications. I did notice that the blower wheel had some dust build up on the blades. There were also some build up in the ducts and plenum boxes as well. This can cause drag and wear down the motor sooner than intended. I also noticed the system did not have any surge protection on the inside or outside unit. I replaced the filter for the client. Temperature being supplied to the home was at 127 degrees, the return temperature was coming in at 84 degrees. I provided estimates for a blower wheel cleaning and full system surge protection also provided estimates for all levels of duct cleanings. Unit was heating upon departure.
