The downstairs unit is beginning to form growth inside of the airhandler. I recommend installing a u/v light to sterilize the surfaces. The upstairs system’s blower wheel is matted with dust. This causes reduced efficiency and lifespan of the blower motor. Also, the evaporator coil is oxidized reducing efficiency. I collected once work was done via check and registered the u/v light under the Emily Burk information.
