Today, I arrived on site to perform a summer time tune-up on the HVAC system. Equipment Condition: * Overall equipment condition noted as fair. * Indoor unit located in the garage attic. * Outdoor unit positioned on the side of the house. Filtration: * Customer has spare filters; prefers to replace them independently. * Filter size identified as 20x20x1. Electrical Components: * All tested electrical components are functioning within manufacturer specs: * Blower Motor * Compressor * Blower Run Capacitor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring * No components were found to be malfunctioning or out of spec. System Inspection: * Indoor coil condition noted as fair. * Outdoor coil condition also assessed as fair. * Blower Wheel and Primary Drain Pan inspected and found in good condition. * Electrical wires were secured during the inspection. Temperature Readings: * Return air temperature recorded at 69.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply
