Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the crawl space. * Observed the indoor coil to be in good, clean condition. * Replaced the 20x25x1 antimicrobial filter using the customer's spare filters. * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good, clean condition. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and compressor run capacitor. **System Performance:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Recorded a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply air temperature of 65.0°F. * Tested the thermostat operation and restored power to the units.
