Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Crawl Space):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home, specifically the downstairs area. * Noted the filter size as 20x30x1. * Customer declined filters and will provide their own antimicrobial filters. * Inspected the indoor coil and found it to be in good, clean condition. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires, all in good working order. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good, clean condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: * Blower motor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 71.0°F
