Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20). * Brush cleaned the indoor coil, which was in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition of the blower wheel, secured electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 71.0°F and a supply air temperature of 52.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Restored power to the units. * Installed Speedlight UV kit. **Overall System
