Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home. * Discussed filtration; customer will provide their own antimicrobial filters. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the outdoor unit in the back yard. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition and cleaned it. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Return air temperature: 74.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 54.0°F.
