Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the garage. * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. * Noted a pleated 1" filter (14x20x1). Customer has spare filters and will replace them. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: * Blower Motor * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition and proper operation of: * Blower Wheel * Primary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured **Measurements
