Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil was in fair condition and clean. * Noted the filter size as 16x23x1 and that the customer has spare pleated 1" filters and will replace them. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition and clean. * Cleaned the outdoor coil. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 58.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary p
