Today, I arrived on site to perform summer maintenance on the HVAC equipment. Overall equipment condition is fair. Indoor unit located in the closet is an air handler servicing the whole home. Replaced pleated 1" filter (size 20x20x1) using customer-provided spare filters. Indoor coil condition is fair and clean. Outdoor unit, a heat pump, is located in the back yard. Outdoor coil condition is good and clean.
