Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the Hvac equipment ensuring the systems are working properly. Here's a breakdown of the maintenance: Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Replaced the pleated 1" air filters (2- 16X20, 1-12X12). Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair condition and clean. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition and clean. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed the proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring within manufacturer specifications. System Components: Inspected and verified the good condition and proper operation of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line. Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. Tested the safety switch. Measurements: Return air temper
