Indoor Unit: * Located in the attic. * Services the whole home. * Filtration uses a pleated 1" filter. * Filter sizes: 10x10x1 and 12x12x1. * Indoor coil condition is fair. Outdoor Unit: * Positioned on the side of the house. * Outdoor coil condition is fair. Electrical Components: * Blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safety tested and functioning within manufacturer specifications. Inspected Components: * Blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and secondary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. * No components found in poor condition.
