Performed a quarterly preventative maintenance on the Hvac equipment. Tested system operations on the 6 heat pumps, 2 dehumidifier’s, wine cooler, and 4 air purifiers. Tested thermostat operations, cleared all the drain lines, checked the filters, dusted off the 4 purifier filters, and cleaned the condensers outside. The systems are working properly at this time. I will order new filters for everything except the dehumidifiers then come back out to install. Billable
