Today I arrived on site to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC system. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the air handler is located in the garage and services the whole home. * Washed the washable Accuclean filter and confirmed it's in good condition. * Inspected the indoor coil and found it to be clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the heat pump is located in the backyard. * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. * Overall equipment condition is good.
