Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in closet, condition is good. * Checked the 20x25 accordion filter. * Indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located in the backyard, condition is fair. * Outdoor coil is clean. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, and Electrical Wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition and proper operation of: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 76.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 52.0°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. **Additional Actions:**
