Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Crawl Space):** * Replaced the Lennox 20x25 pleated filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 78.0°F and a supply air temperature of 62.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary and secondary pans, tested the safety switch, and cleaned out the condensate
