Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the unit is located in the attic/garage. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home. * Observed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Washed the washable filter (20x25) and noted it's a pleated 2-6" filter. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the unit is located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleaned out the primary and secondary drain pan
