Today I arrived on site and performed a summer maintenance service on your HVAC equipment. Here’s a summary of the work completed: Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet): Replaced the pleated 2-6" air filter (size SG600). Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil was clean and in good condition. Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring, all within manufacturer's specifications. System-Wide Checks: Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires were in good working order. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Measured a return air temperature of 78.0°F and a supply air temperature of 57.0°F. Additional Actions: Dusted the thermostat and tested its operation. Resto
