Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit Service:** * Located the indoor unit in the closet. * Observed the unit services the whole home. * Noted the filter size is 24x18x1, with a pleated 1" filter. * Customer will provide their own replacement filters. * Found the indoor coil in poor and dirty condition; brush cleaned it. **Outdoor Unit Service:** * Located the outdoor unit on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. **Electrical Component Testing:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * All components are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork. * All components are in good condition and working properly. **System Testing & Adjustments:**
