Today, I arrived on site to perform maintenance on the HVAC system. Overall equipment condition is good. Location of the indoor unit is a mini split located in the shed. Washable filters were cleaned today; filter size is for mini split units. Condition of the indoor coil is good. The outdoor unit is located on the side of the building. Outdoor coil condition is good; it was cleaned today and is clean. Electrical components tested include: Blower Motor - working properly Condenser Fan Motor - working properly Compressor - working properly Contactor - working properly Electrical Wiring - working properly No electrical components were found not working properly. Inspected components in good condition include: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires secured No components were found in poor condition. Carbon monoxide testing was not applicable. Return air temperature measured at 71.0 degrees Fahrenheit. Supply air temperature measured at 101.0 degrees Fahrenheit. Condensate drain
