Joe Perry provided excellent service today, April 24, 2020,. He performed annual maintenance on my central air-conditioning unit. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. He was very courteous and conscientious. Previously Joe has performed maintenance and repairs on my furnace and heating system and has done a similarly excellent job.
