Call was made for leaking water at the indoor unit. After clearing line and adding float I tested the system and had a zero degree split. After further investigation the system is found low on charge. There are oil stains at the outdoor coil. This is an indication of a leak. I have attached the proposal for coil repair. I have also set up the homeowner with an appointment for new equipment replacement. System is down.
