Performed a membership visit in heating. Observed the unit is experiencing excessively high starting amps. Recommend installing and in rush kit to alleviate the stress on the system. The unit unit is experiencing excessively high static pressure in the ductwork and recommend an energy audit.

I inspected equipment in heating mode due to low outdoor ambient. Systems both are operating fine at this time. I turned off adaptive intelligent recovery on both systems to prevent them from running at peak usage hours. I recommend installing micro airs on outdoor units to lower start up amps.

Performed a membership visit in heating. Both units are operating properly. The unit over the garage had its insulation in the cabinet fall onto the blower. I glued it back up. The homeowner has allergies and was interested in air purification. I included a proposal for the Reme, zero

I found that indoor txv is overfeeding causing low super heat and low sub cooling. System will need txv replaced to operate as it should. 10/23/24 Replaced txv with OEM part, pressure tested line set to verify no leaks. Pulled vacuum down to 180 microns and ran a 10 minute decay test. Added 1.8 lbs to system and released charge. Dialed system sub cooling in to name plate desired sub cooling for today's indoor/outdoor temperature. System is now operating as it should.
