Performed cool home maintenance on all four Bryant systems. All systems operating properly at time of visit. Units are pulling high amps at startup. Recommend inrush kits on all fours systems. Homeowners would like to renew membership when due for renewal in November.
Performed a preferred cool home membership inspection in cooling. I found the master bedroom unit was missing It’s condensation safety float switches. The other three units in the house have float switches. Two units have high, starting amps and will require inrush kits and one unit is missing a Service cap. Looked over the mini split. Did a cooling preventative maintenance on three main house units. I found the units had high, starting amps, and not having any surge protection. 4 ton unit had a leaky Freon valves. The front of the house and kitchen units were low on charge. I replaced the service caps that were missing on the front two units and charge the units back to factory specifications and replaced the Freon valves in the 4 ton unit. The units are operating properly.
