Capacitor was replaced. Due to bad capacitor motor could have taken on internal damage. I have also attached a proposal for the motor itself. A/C on the east side and f building could be an intermittent problem. Doctor said he has had this issue for about 3 months now but had never brought it up. Room will get warm in occasions and then get back to normal temp. During todays visit I cycled the system on and off a few times in attempt to replicate issue but was not successful. The unit is out putting about a 22 degree split. No issues found during this time.
