Found indoor air handler with no DC voltage to control boards, tested DC power supply by blower motor and found it was faulty. Replaced DC power supply and check system for proper operation. The personality error code was still present, so I power cycled all units and the error code was cleared. Outdoor fan motor was noisy and running at 2.89 AMPs when it’s rated for 2.80. Could not find any warranty information on the systems. Will follow up with Trane to see if the outdoor fan motor might be covered under parts warranty.
