The condenser coil has two spots where the coil itself would need a section of tubing to repair. The outdoor fan motor capacitor tested bad and needs replaced. While checking the unit, I found a liquid line restriction at the outdoor TXV causing the compressor to go out on IP. The compressor did not come back out of IP and could possibly be burned out recommended replacing the system due to the age and the extensive repairs required I left proposals for repairs and unit replacement.
