Arrived to home Set thermostat to cool Checked system operations Found following -no clean outs in drain line -blower panel missing seal -blower safety switch taped shut -coil panel not sealed -leak in Z1 supply duct -dirty blower compartment (due to seal missing) -inrush amps on compressor high -dual capacitor low -return bypass installed which is bad for single stage zone systems (should be dump zone)
