For this job I met with the homeowners to discuss the opportunity to install a utility sink in the basement bathroom. There is a toilet but no sink. There is an existing 1.5” drain pipe stubbed vertically through the concrete floor. The water supply pipes are exposed below the floor joist overhead. Homeowner is interested in repiping the copper with pex within the floor joist and repiping the toilet supply within the wall. Estimates will be provided for repair and/or replacing the kitchen faucet, repiping the water supply pipes in the home, replacing the well pressure tank, resetting the basement toilet, and installing a laundry sink Homeowners are interested in a heating consultation to replace and/or repair the heating manifold
