We came out to the property for a no-water situation and found that the well pump was drawing high but stable amperage, indicating that the motor was running but water was not moving. Based on these findings, we determined that the issue was most likely a blockage or frozen section within the water line rather than a pump failure. The customer planned to place heaters under the house to thaw the line and will inform us of the results. If water does not return after thawing efforts, replacement of the well pump will be necessary.
