Sump pump service. The customer possibly has a full septic tank. They have an appointment for next week to pump it out. I checked the pump, and it was working, but drained back into the pit from the sewer line that seemed full, going to the septic tank. I gave them the option of me replacing the pump now or waiting till they have the septic tank cleaned.
