Work performed today February 10, 2021 South dorm section A Rm#228 bleed air working Rm#224 needs complete 3way valve blower motor/wheel and plastic cover around motor I believe the last time I did one Rm 246 same as 224 South dorm section B Rm#250 student in rm could not get in Rm#146 complete 3 way valve Center of dorms front doors Rm# 105 ,103 these to offices are on building central heating system the water temp in running at 157 degrees boilers are set about 160 to 170 degrees boilers are running not cycling water temp needs to be raises to 180 degrees and the out side air damper needs to be shut down some with temps this cold outside try to talk to Nova he played dumb I said forget I will put it in my report this gets changed on the building computer system I don’t have access .
