Customer called with leaking toilet installed by PDM 3/16/22. Upon inspection, found loose bolts connecting tank to the bowl. Retightened bolts. Tested. There are no leaks and unit is working properly at this time. Also provided estimate to replace emergency shutoff valve. Owner approved. Advised customer someone will reach out to schedule.
