Toilet in men’s room was wobbly. Pulled toilet and close collar was broken on both sides. I cut pvc to cast collar out and replaced with a new one. I anchored the new collar to the floor with tap cons. The old collar was not mounted to the floor. I installed the toilet with new wax ring and bolts. Tested and everything worked as should. I had to stop at ace hardware down the road to but tap cons and masonry drill bits to anchor tapcons. In women’s rest room there was a constant drip at toilet tank from where the fill valve would go for a normal toilet. This is a power flush. I tightened the nut and the leak stopped. I also tightened up the supply line and checked the angle stop for leaks. I let management know that there was a constant leak coming from the tank and it was fixed along with the men’s toilet.
