Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced both furnaces. Customer renewed both VIP maintenance plans. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valves and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested blower motor amperages. Replaced ignitor and flame sensor in both furnaces due to heavy corrosion. Replaced both furnace filters that customer provided. Systems are clean, heating and operating properly at this time. Customer will have both AC visits remaining on current plan for 2026 cooling season. Performed free plumbing inspections.
