Sewer and drain cleaning. Main sewer line for whole house was backed up. I was able to rod from a 3” clean out in basement and was able to open line and is draining as should. Rodded out 100’ with ridged main line rodder. Explained to customer I was only able to get a 2-1/2” cutter in line to rod out and the pipe size increases as it leaves the home and I am not able to clear potential problems with the access we have and if problem occurs again I recommend coming out to rod line, camera and see if there is a problem we can resolve with adding a potential cleanot outside to access full size cutter to open line fully. I did not hit a very bad blockage but I did pull back flushable wipes.
