Sump pump service. The customer wanted all 3 of her sump pumps replaced today. When I inspected the 2 sump pumps and the 3rd acting as an ejector pump for the water softener, I saw they were all installed in June of 2024 and are all working properly. When I let the customer know they were just over a year old, she told me she recently had a stroke and her memory was not what it used to be. The only charge is the dispatch fee.
