Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. Washed the system completely out. Tested all mechanical components. Checked r410 refrigerant levels. Refrigerant is at an accurate efficiency range, and all mechanical components are in an accurate, acceptable range/condition. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Customer renewed VIP maintenance program. One visit is being used today, and they will have one more visit remaining for the furnace/fall visit prepaid for 2025. Performed free plumbing inspections.
