Explained to customer how where she mentioned leaking, outside garage wall was right there and how it wasn’t insulated from what I could notice with flashlight in ceiling wall cut out. **Customer purchased new maintenance member agreement. Cleaned and serviced ac unit. Washed system completely out. Tested all mechanical components. Checked r410 refrigerant levels. System is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Refrigerant levels are in accurate efficiency range. Noticed cap was below acceptable range however customer wants to wait till next season to change component due to end of season. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. ***This is first visit on plan, she will have this fall/furnace visit of 2025 prepaid and remaining on this current plan. Performed free inspections.
