Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Found the capacitor below the acceptable range and very corroded. Also found the contactor very corroded as well. Replaced both parts. Compressor amperage was in the acceptable range. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Those, too, were in the accurate efficiency range. This is the last visit on the VIP Service Plan, and the customer will have to renew the plan in the fall for a furnace season check-up. Performed free plumbing inspections.
